At Sleek Coffee Tables, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Because our products are larger furniture items that often ship directly from supplier or warehouse partners, returns must be handled carefully and require approval before anything is shipped back.

Please contact us before starting a return so we can review the item, supplier requirements, return eligibility, return address, packaging requirements, and any applicable fees.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved before the item is shipped back.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. Items returned without authorization may be refused, delayed, or ineligible for refund.

Once a return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions if the item is eligible to be returned.

Return Eligibility

Return eligibility may vary by product, supplier, order status, delivery condition, and timing of the request.

To be considered for a return, items generally must be unused, unassembled, in new condition, and returned in the original packaging with all parts, hardware, instructions, and protective materials included.

Items that have been used, assembled, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without proper packaging may not be eligible for return or may be subject to additional fees.

Return Window

Original Packaging Required

Please keep all original packaging until you are sure the item is in good condition and you intend to keep it.

Original packaging may be required for an approved return. This includes cartons, crates, pallets, foam, wrapping, corner protectors, labels, and any other protective materials included with the shipment.

Items returned without original or adequate packaging may be refused by the supplier or carrier, or may result in additional charges.

Return Shipping and Fees

Unless the return is due to an approved damage claim, defect, or error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, freight charges, and any applicable restocking fees.

Furniture return shipping can be expensive because many items must be shipped by freight carrier. Any applicable return costs or fees will be reviewed as part of the return authorization process whenever possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please do not start a standard return request.

Instead, review our Damage Policy and contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and product.

Shipping damage, freight damage, and transit-related issues must be reported promptly so we can work with the supplier, warehouse, and/or carrier toward an appropriate resolution.

Non Returnable Items

Some items may be final sale or non-returnable depending on the product, supplier, order status, or condition of the item.

Non-returnable items may include, but are not limited to, items that have been used, assembled, modified, damaged after delivery, returned without original packaging, special-order items, clearance items, or items that are no longer eligible under the supplier’s return policy.

Refused Deliveries

Please do not refuse delivery without contacting us unless the shipment is clearly damaged and refusal is advised or unavoidable.

Refused deliveries may be treated as a return and may be subject to return freight charges, restocking fees, storage fees, or other carrier/supplier charges.

If a delivery issue occurs, please document the situation, take photos if possible, and contact us as soon as possible for guidance.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by the supplier, warehouse, or return facility.

Refund timing may vary depending on the carrier, supplier review, inspection process, and payment method. Original shipping charges, return freight, restocking fees, or other applicable charges may be deducted from the refund when applicable.

Exchanges

Because inventory can change and many items ship from supplier or warehouse partners, exchanges are handled case by case.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. In many cases, the original item may need to be handled as a return and a new order may need to be placed for the replacement item.
