Order Cancellations
At Sleek Coffee Tables, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the order status and determine whether cancellation is still available.
Because many of our coffee tables ship directly from supplier or warehouse partners, cancellation requests are time-sensitive and are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been submitted for fulfillment, or prepared for shipment.
Cancellation Requests
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us right away with your order number and request.
We will review the status of the order and let you know whether cancellation is still possible. If the order has not yet been processed or submitted to the supplier, we will do our best to cancel it before shipment.
Orders Already in Processing
Once an order has been submitted to a supplier, warehouse, or fulfillment partner, it may not be possible to cancel the order.
In some cases, the item may already be picked, packed, staged for freight pickup, assigned to a carrier, or otherwise prepared for shipment before tracking information is available.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, the order may need to be handled under our Returns policy, if the item is eligible for return. Return freight charges, restocking fees, storage fees, or other carrier/supplier charges may apply.
Refused Deliveries
Please do not refuse delivery as a way to cancel an order.
Refused deliveries may be treated as a return and may be subject to return freight charges, restocking fees, storage fees, or other carrier/supplier charges. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help guide the next step.
Special Orders and Final Sale Items
Some items may be special order, final sale, clearance, or otherwise non-cancelable once the order is placed or submitted for fulfillment.
If special cancellation restrictions apply to an item, we will handle those situations according to the supplier’s requirements and the status of the order.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation is approved before the order ships, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or credit card company.
